Are there any restrictions for startups or small 2-3 member LLC sponsoring H1B? There's one company I'm speaking with (I'm currently on F2 dependent visa) and it's a small 2 person company which is LLC. This is an investment advisory shop, and my experience is pretty specific to this field (will be difficult to find other US citizens with the same experience).
However the company is quite small. Any restrictions in this case? E.g. no: of employees, minimum revenue etc? If there are restrictions, then I will inform ahead of time so that I don't waste my time going through the recruitment process.
