Hi,
Can anyone pls clarify me on below...
I had H1 and it was initially approved for the period from jan 2013 to jan2014...I went to US on June 2013 and returned back to India by last month as my visa got expired...
Am I eligible for H1 cap exempt petition now considering I retuned to India after my petition expiry date??
Is premium process available for H1 cap exempt petitions?

Every H1 approved petition valid for 6 years and you are a cap exempt.

But what are you trying to do now?
