I am filing for h1 visa this April. My passport is getting expired in month on dec. I have sent my passport for tin number, so it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get. For sure i cant receive my passport before April. So my questions are
1) should it get renewed before.
2) is it ok to get renewed after my h1 petition.
3) will I get any visa issues. Coz while filing petition there will be one passport number n for visa interview there will be another passport.
4) if my visa is approved can I get it renewed after. But here in this situation before going to visa interview our passport must be atleast 6 months validity.
