F1 to H1B transition- travel to India..

I have the below scenario.. kindly advise on what is the best solution..

I am currently on F1 OPT and have planned to apply for OPT extension too. My employer has decided to file H1B for me this year on Apr 1st, 2014. But I have to travel to India for my Wedding which is planned in July..
Is my travel advisable? Will i be able to enter back into USA without any problems ?
If not, kindly advise any other alternative.
