Urgent!!!! H1 B offer letter salary and petition/I129 salaries are different

Hi,

My employer in US has provided my sal as YYYY X in my offer letter and in my petition letter/I 129 documents he had mentioned the salary as YYYYY ( which is quite less than what is mentioned in my offer letter ( YYYY X)). When I checked with him he said that would not actually matter. I have my interview this week. Please help at the earliest.

Can some one please let me know if this would create problems for issuing my visa. Please advice.

If it is more than the LCA/I129 it is fine. It should not be less.
