H1-B Transfer between 3 companies

Hi,
I am currently working for Company A, Got a job in company B and received H1 -B transfer approval email. Meanwhile I got better job in Company C.

I have not resigned from company A yet. Can i transfer my H1B to company C, if yes then will i be required to get some document from company B or just documents from Company A is good enough.

Company A document is enough as you have not yet joined company B.
