Hello everyone,

My question
what is the check list for the extension of H4 when the dependent is in USA.

And is it must and should that we need to apply for extension of status i.e H4 through the Attroney or can we by ourselves do that.
If so What are the documents exactly needed to apply.
Is there any difference if we directly apply and if the attorney applies for it.

I have my H1 and spouse H4 is going get expired which is on different employer.
