Urgent help needed on H1/L1/BL1

Hi,

I need some urgent info related to H1/L1/B1/BL1.
I am working in a software company in India.
In the beginning of this year, i have done H1 filing through a consultant. My petition is approved and I got appointment for Oct 17.
But, there is a possibility of my company also do some visa processing for any kind of visa above.
My doubt is after getting my H1 stamped, can i process for another H1 or some other kind of visa like B1/BL1/L1 etc.
Are there any issues, risks involved in this.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Raghu,
Generally, a person can have only one non-immigrant visa at a point of time.
There are exceptions to this rule when a person can hold multiple H1Bs. But i am not sure if your H1B stamping will stay if your consequently go for a B1 or L1 stamping. It may get cancelled without prejudice.
