Hi,
My name is Darshini from India and I am applying for H1B this April for the first time. I have a slightly tricky situation, any advise is appreciated.
I came to the US for a MS degree with thesis. I started working in September 2013 before I graduated on post-completion OPT because my university lets students who only have thesis left to obtain post-completion OPT. I was originally supposed to have completed my thesis by March, but due to certain issues my thesis defense has been pushed back and I am slated to defend in August, as a result I don't have my MS degree. My company is still willing to apply for H1B based on my undergrad degree (B.Pharm) that I obtained in India. However, I don't have a WES evaluation for the B.Pharm degree, will that be a problem? Is there anything else I can do to make my application for H1B stronger?
