Hi,
I went through couple of posts regarding H4 visa and also followed instructions on https://www.immihelp.com/h4-visa-stamping-documents/ and https://www.immihelp.com/us-visa-app...n-form-ds-160/ , and its really helpful but I still have few questions :
I am in US on H1 visa and my wife is on H4 visa but she is in India for now , I am applying for dependent Visa for my child (4 months old)
Questions :
1) Do I have to be there when they will go to US consulate in India for my child's visa ? or only my wife can go.
2) What all documents we will be needing , Please mention if I missed something :
--My Passport and Visa copies
--My Wife's Passport and Visa copies
--My Child's original passport and copies
--My I-797 petition approval copy
--DS-160 application confirmation page
--I-134 scanned copy (as I am in US and I am sponsor) .. ... do I really need it ?
--My 6 month paystubs
--Visa fees receipt
