International travel plans before H-1B application

Hi All,

I have international travel plans and I am returning to the US on March 31, 2014. My employer is applying for H-1B FY2015. Will there be any problems during my H-1B application? I will receive a new I-94 upon my arrival to USA, so will that be an issue?

On what visa are you coming back on?

There is not enough time. If you land in US on 31-Mar-2014 how you will coordinate with the lawyer to have them submit the latest I-94 to USCIS by 01-Apr-2014?

Your H1 would most likely be approved as Consular process if you do so.
