  • B1 visa to L1B or H1B

    Hi
I come to USA on business Visa on Dec-13. now my employer is filing L1B Visa for me in premium process. I didn't get a receipt of the L1 as of now but as they said they applied in premium process I will get by April 10. In the mean time one other employer is ready to file my H1B which is starting from April 1st.

Q-1 -> Is it possible to file H1B from BB1.
Q-2 ->will H1b should be filed as CP or COS
Q-3 ->if its COS then how it will be B-1 to H1B or L1 to H1B(As I cant provide any L1 Info Before april 10)
Q-4>If my L1 get approved so as H1 do I need to go back to my home country. Before Joining the H1B employer.
Q-5 what will be the correct time to give the resignation to my current employer who is going to file my L1.(As I came to know if I resigned before 30th sep then I might be with No status). But If i resigned 0n 30th I cannot serve the notice period.
Q-6 -> if my H1 B get approved say in month of July to 2014 then What will be my Visa status from July 2014 to October 2014

B1 to H1/L1 while staying in US has very rare success rates. When is your B1 I94 expiring?
