Eligibility for Cap Exempt H1

Hi,

I have an approved H1 petition starting Oct 1st 2010 but never stamped the H1. Petition is now expired. Am I eligible for Cap Exempt H1 now? If yes, till when this cap exempt status be available?

Yes another sponsor can file a cap exempt petition. You would be cap exempt for 6 Years from initial Cap year to be on the safe side till Oct 2016.
