Can I extend my wife's H4 using e-filing? My H1 is approved. When I tried to use USCIS ELIS, it did not give me an option for H4 extension and I was wondering whether USCIS has stopped the e-filing for H4 extension.

You cannot do COS to H4 using ELIS.
