Hi,
I had a stamping with YYYY company. I shifted the company so I got the new H1B I797 and my wife also got new H4 I797 document. She is going to india, she is going for Visa Stamping.
1. Can she go for Stamping with out my having stamping on my passport. I have I797 approval.
2. While Fill the document for Visa Stamping, there are the below fields. I am confused what to enter in those.
Principal Applicant Name:
Principal Applicant Visa Class.
There is another section
Petitioner's Name:
Start Date:
Receipt No:
End Date:
All these details are from my I797 or from my wife's I797?
