I am in US now in H4 visa. We are expecting a baby by FEb 2006. I have done BE(Computer Science). I would like to get back to my career after OCT 2006. I am hoping to find a consulting firm through whom I can get my H1-B done. My question is, I would like to know when would be the right time to apply for my VISA so that I can get my work started after OCT 2006, I am confused about the H1-B quota for fiscal year & stuff. Any information regarding this would be appreciated.
