I have a H1b petition from employer A which is not yet stamped and I am still in India. Can that H1b be transferred to Employer B as in
1. H1B trasnfer from Employer A to B.
2. What happens if Employer A come to know about it and they revoke the H1B Petiton before any transfer is initiated , still in that situation Can the Employer B apply for the transfer ?
Can some one clarify on this situation.
