You have to wait for your approval then only you can transfer your H1

H1b transfer

in Jan 2016 my H1b visa stamping done from A company, now the present company which i am working has kept H1b transfer
and transfer has been completed, do i now need to go again for Stamping, my visa is valid still 2018,
