Hi,
I am on H1B visa and got married the second time after an annulment of first marriage. My wife doesn't know about the first marriage. She will be going for h-4 stamping to US consulate. Is it required to give the information about annulment to her of first marriage when she goes for stamping for H4? If I provide this information to her then I have to explain the entire history of first marriage. Please let me know whether the consular might ask for this information.
