Simultaneous H1b Transfer from India

I have a stamped H1B visa ,but I did not travel to US. I am working with company A in india who sponsored my visa.I am transferring my visa to employer B who will file premium processing and get me a new petition.

1) Can I also transfer visa to another employer C simultaneously if my transfer to B from A is still in process?

2) if answer to first question is yes, then once I have approved petition from B and C, can I choose to travel from any one of these 3 employers(A,B,C) with their petition?

I need some help from you. I have valid H1B stamping. Can you please tell me which employer doing the transfer. Can you please provide me the details of your B and C employer. So that it will be helpful for me.
