H1B Transfer while traveling
HI,
I transferred my H1B on April 6th from company A to company B and I need to wait until April 21st to hear back (premium processing 15 days) nevertheless I need to be back before then in the country.
A. Is it possible at all to come back before then?
B. Can I come back in with the receipt notice.
C. Can I come back on my ESTA tourist visa?
D. Are there any risks in doing this that will affect my application?
