Hi,
I have 7 years of extensive experience in Software Development & Maintenance projects in Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSIS) and SQL Server and .Net(ASP.Net, VB.Net & C#). I have pretty good exposure in production support projects.
I had an H1B visa which expired on 30-Sep-2013. I have stayed in US for around 5 months in US, so still over 5.5 years are remaining for my petition.
I am currently falling under H1B exempt cap for H1B extension which makes it easier to extend my visa and file the extension from India also. Following are the benefits of falling under H1B exempt cap:
1. I would not fall under the annual 65000 H1B limit and visa extension can be carried out even if the annual quota has been filled.
2. I do not need to wait till 1-Apr for my H1B extension
3. I am free from waiting till 1-Oct-2014 for traveling to USA. (Immediate travel date can be granted to me on my visa extension)
Please let me know if there are any open positions in your organization suiting my profile.
