H1B Change of Employer - Not heard back

Hello,

My H1B change of employer case was received by Vermont center of USCIS on 7 April 2014. It's premium processing.
On 16 April 2014, USCIS sent the the receipt number.
Today (21 April 2014) is the 15th calendar day since my case was received by the USCIS.
I've not heard back until now.
The case status on the USCIS website shows "Acceptance".

Isn't this unusual ? Has anyone being facing this problem ?

I believe they go by Working days. So you got to be more patient. And also, just because one requests premium processing, it doesnt mean one would get a result in 15 Days. If USCIS cant reach a decision during this time they would refund the money.
