Need info on H1B processing time at Vermont.

I wanted to know the processing time at Vermont Service Center for H1B for 2005 for a new application. The USCIS site shows the processing of a new application with receipt date of 30th April 2005 for H1B at Vermont, whereas some people with a receipt date of June/July have got their application approved. So kindly let me know the scenario at Vermont Center with respect to the the processing times.
