H1 transfer - h4 visa status

Hi,
I am in US since six months and my wife and daughter has got h4 stamped last week. Now while they are in India I want to transfer my h1 to a MNC and then bring them to US.
Can they travel to US with their current h4's eventhough I transfer my H1?.

Yes, they can travel. If you get your approval notice by that time they travel to US, send it along with other docs like I-129, LCA etc to them. If not approved, get a letter from your employer saying that they have applied for H1 transfer and send this letter to your family along with the receipt notice. If needed, they can produce these docs at the Port Of Entry...
