Hi All,
I had filed H1B in 2006 through consultant and it was approved that time. Due to personal reasons I couldn't use/stamp that H1B and in turn I never used that H1B. It's already 8 years passed.
I have applied again H1B this year (April 2014-2015) under premium category.
After submitting the application I realized about the old approval notice. After checking the approval notice it's showing status as "Initial review" . The I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.
My fresh (April 2014) application is neither returned nor I got any receipt. So I am wondering what could be the possible state of my application.
Any information to find out current status will be of great help. and even can i use old 2006 H1b in any case.
