I-140 Approved - Company Closing

My I-140 is Approved on May 15, 2013 from company A and is closing on May 15, 2014.

I am taking H1b transfer to new company B which is small company.

1. Do I have to transfer my Priority Date to Company B as company A is closing on May 15, 2014?

2. I think I will work for company B for 1 or 2 year then join company C in 2015 or 2016. I can transfer my Priority Date from company A to C without transfer to B?
