Applying for new H4 visa but H1B visa holder has old company name on visa

Hi Folks,
I got my H1B visa through XYZ company in 2011. In 2013, I joined new company PQR and got the H1b through them.

Since my visa through XYZ is valid till dec 2014, I did not re-stamp my visa. So, my visa still has XYZ company on it where as I currently work with PQR.

Now, I am applying H4 visa for my wife. Will there be a problem with her visa stamping as I my H1B visa does not have the current company's name on it.

No..you current approved I 797 and your I 94 would do.
