Hi,
I am currently in US with a valid H4 till august 2016.I had applied for H4 to H1B change of status on april 1st through premium processing and got approval.
My husband is currently transferring his H1B to another employer. I have couple of questions regarding that.
1.Should i apply for H4 along with his new H1B petition?
2.If I apply for H4 along with his new H1B petiton, will my H1B get cancelled due to LAST ACTION RULE?(My H1B will be effective only from October 1 2014)
In case of LAST ACTION RULE which date is considered for last action? Approval date or Effective date?
3.If I don't apply for H4 along with his H1 transfer , and his previous employer cancels his H1 will my H4 become void?
4.Does his previous employer have options to cancel my H4?
