B2 Tourist Visa Re applying for mom

Hi ,

My mom's visa got rejected for first time .
Im in L1 visa sponsoring for her visa
VO asked about my university , my mom could not answered .
This time we are re applying and in occupation selected agriculture as she does farming around 22 acres of farm we have in India.
she does not file incom tax , they may ask her about income tax what should we answer in this case ?
