Really Confused: Need quick help

All,
I came to US on F1 student visa and i studied only for one semester. I haven't completed my Master's degree in US.Now i am on H1B visa. I am really confused because i don't know whether i have to go to India for H1 stamping or i can go to canada for stamping.Generally a person who has completed his Masters degree in US can go to canda for H1B stamping but in my case i have not completed the Masters degree i just came to US on F1 visa. Please reply.
