  • Concern regarding Employer Change

    Hi-

I am in US since 2010 with the original employer who filed H1 B. Lets call this employer A. I am taking new job offer with a new employer B who is doing a premium processing for visa transfer. On the side I am also in contact with Employer C which is more promising then Employer B but because its taking lot of time to make decision I want to hedge my risk and move to employer B in meantime. The career growth and financial incentive at B is much better than A. In case I move to Employer B through premium processing and I work for them for lets say 1 month and then offer from Emp C comes through. Is it possible to move to Employer C from B knowing that the actual transfer from Employer A to B may or may not have completed. I guess what I am looking for is how the scenarios will play out. I am not able to envision that. Need some urgent help here.

    Thanks
