Hi,
I have applied for H1 to H4 change of status as a separate applicant and have received a receipt for my I-539 application from Vermont Service Center. I later got to know that I was supposed to send my application to Dallas lockbox facility.
Has anybody else faced this kind of scenario? Please help with some inputs ASAP.
