H1 premium processing

Hi,

My employer has filed for my H1 but in regular processing. If I want it to be in premium processing now can they do that? Secondly as I am working through an implementing company while my H1 processing is going on can I switch my project (not employer)?

Where are you currently? On what visa? An H1 petition application can be upgraded to premium as long as receipt is generated for the same.

If there is material change such as location/pay/role then one should apply for amendment to the underlying H1 petition.
