I have applied for H1B transfer through another company .I got my receipt notice.
1)
according to my new employer , I should expect approval or RFE in next 15 days.
2)if I give resignation to my current employer after getting my receipt notice .Can my current employer cancel my H1 right away and I will be out if status immediately before my new h1 gets approved ?
3) If I don't tell current employer about leaving , till my H1 gets approved . Can he see online in doubt that I have filed for H1B transfer . What can he see ?

Please advise ASAP.

H1b transfer under premium processing

It is always advisable to join the new employer once after it is approved. It's good that you are doing it in premium and wait for the result before you quit the current employer.

No, he will not come to know.
