Travelling to US on H4 visa after job change by H1B visa holder in US

My wife is on H4 visa and her visa is valid till sep 2014. While she is in India, I changed my job. My H1B approval for transfer is still pending. Now if she has to come back to US she has to again get visa stamped from US embassy in India? Can she travel back on her existing H4 visa without H1 transfer approval notice? My previous employer has not revoked my H1B visa yet.

Have you already started working with the new employer?

I dont see any issues as long as she has the Approved H1 petition copy for the employer you are working with at the time of her entry to US.
