H1B going to expire

Hello friends,

I have few questions regarding my H1B status. I am currently working as a pediatric resident physician at a hospital in USA on H1B visa. My visa will expire on June 30th 2014. At the port of entry from last visit the officer stamped on I 94 the date to stay until Dec 2014. Right now I am looking for a job and I might not get it before June 30th.
So once the visa expires can I stay in the USA since I94 is valid until Dec or do I have to leave immediately. I would really appreciate your help in this matter.

Is it a cap subject or cap exempt H1? Till when is your petition valid? When are you exhausting your 6 Year H1 limit?

It is a cap exempt H1. My petetion is valid only until June 30th. I am only in my 3rd year of H1B.
