new i797, old visa, old employer cancelled H1

I am planning to start tomorrow from US ->India->US. I have have a new H1 petition, and old stamping.

My old employer says he has withdrawn its H1. Do you know if this may cause problem ?

That is no problem.

As long as you have valid H1 visa stamp from any company, and you have new H1 petition from your latest employer, you can enter US without any problem.
