Regarding H1B and PERM

I am currently in L1 visa and my H1B petition got approved which is effective October 2014. My L1B 5 years tenure is expiring by November 2014. Also my employer had recently filed for PERM under EB3 category on May 2014. My questions below

If I leave back to India offshore team around September 2014 and return by March 2015 under the same employer

1) Would my PERM processing be impacted in any way ?
2) Can i stamp my H1B petition whenever i want before the petition expiry date or is there any condition that i should stamp before X number of days from the effective date ( i.e october 2014) ?
3) Would my unused L1B tenure of 2 months be added to my H1B extension ?

1. PERM and GC is for future employment so they would not be affected.
2. earliest 90 days before 01-Oct-2014.
3. No.
