Hello, my H1 is picked in lottery for year 2015 and it is in process. But meanwhile my l1b is also with USCIS for amendment and extension. Per latest status applicable rule in case l1b approved after H1 then I will be in L1b status. So can I request USCIS from L1b to H1b status change one more time with out going to India for visa stamping? Is it allowed per USCIS norms?
