Hello Experts,
I have a query related to H1B transfer to new employer while working in US. I am holding an H1B from Company A for the designation X; however the A was merged with company B and my designation became Y (NO changes in Job Responsibilities). After the merger I was transferred to another location and company B filed the new LCA with my designation Y (Again NO change in job responsibilities).
Now the questions are:
1. Was it required for Company B to file H1B amendment during my transfer to new location?
2. Will this scenario create any issues if I decide to transfer my H1B to new employer (Company C)?
