Hello,
Can anyone please help with the following questions:
Can I get my H1B visa printed in my Bulgarian passport from the US Embassy in Mexico City?
How long would it take?
Facts:
1. I am a dual citizen of Bulgaria and Mexico (I own two valid passports from the two countries). I use ONLY the Bulgarian passport.
2. I currently own an H1B visa which is not printed out on my Bulgarian passport.
3. I reside in the USA
4. The visa is valid for another 2 years until I have to renew it.
5. I have a clean criminal record
6. I originally had a visa issued for company A. Then I moved to company B and got another visa.
7. The H1B visa stamp on my passport has to be for company B, as I no longer work for company A.
I would appreciate it a lot if anyone on this website has a similar situation to mine and can help. Thank you.
