Hi Experts,

Let me explain you my situation. I work for company YYYY and for client YYY and i am in USA.I have visa/i94 valid till 1st Oct 2014.My company YYYY is applying for my extension. I got a client letter which states my service period for 3 years. But, my SOW is valid till 29th Jan 2015 and the client will extend the SOW later at the end of this year. In this situation, will i get any RFE as my SOW is valid only till 29th Jan 2015?

Did any one have gone through this situation? Any thoughts?

Possible RFE. USCIS generally issues RFEs for EVC models nowadays. You can provide only what you have.
