Urgent H1-b stamping

I am going to India for the first time after getting my H-1b, i am not getting the dates in my stay period in india. What should I do . I am leaving for India on 11th Nov, will this be considered under emrgency appointments?
If so, how do I apply?
Would really appreciate ur help.
