Travelling to US after leaving the current Employer from India

I have H1 visa valid upto 2016. I am planning to leave my current employer who initiated H1. I have not travelled to US till now. Can I travel after resigning from my current employer?

Yes, I have got my visa stamped and valid till oct-2016.

Though you can use the same visa to travel in future but you would also need the approved petition of the employer whom you would work with when you land in US. You cannot use this visa to enter US and then search for jobs.
