traveling outside usa while H1B visa and I-94 is valid

Hi, My H1B, I-94, my family's H4 and I-94 all are valid till 01/20/2015. My employer is panning to file extension in Aug-2014. I need to go out of USA in Nov-2014 and come back in Dec-2014 before my visa gets expired. I have below doubts regarding my travel.


1. If my visa processing is under processing in Dec-2014, would there be any issue in re-entering into USA in Dec-2014?
2. If due to some reason, if my visa extension gets RFE, would it create any issue in re-entering USA in Dec-2014?
3. If my extension is approved, do i need to gets the visa stamped before i enter into USA considering my older visa is still valid in Dec-2014?


Can someone help me in this regard please.
