DS 160 future employment end date for h4

Hi I am on H1 status(no Visa stamping), planning to quit job 8th Aug and go to India on 10th Aug. I am planning to take H4 stamping Interview on 14th Aug.

1) DS 160 form I am mentioning my current profession as Homemake as I will not be working at time of Interview. So In my past employment I can not put my end date as 10th Aug (future date), can I put today's date as I am planning to submit form today?
2) I will not be having any relieving letter with me, when I will be attending H4 Interview, will there be any problem or questions asked?

Please guide.
