221(g)- Document submission category- Difference between NIV 221(g) and IV 221(g)

Hi All,

I have gone through the H1B Visa interview. Visa Officer has issued me 221(g) form asking for Project Contracts, Employee- Employer Agreement, Client letter.

In the document submission form downloaded from http://cdn.ustraveldocs.com/in/221G_...tter_India.pdf, it's mentioned to select one of the below categories.

Document Submission for: NIV 221(g) (or) IV 221(g) (or) Other

Could you please suggest which category should I select? Is it NIV 221(g) (or) IV 221(g)?
