  • Stamping in 2.5 months after H1B Transfer

I recently got my H1B transferred (July 2014) and planning to go on a vacation to india end of September 2014. I have to get my visa stamped when I go there. Would it be a problem - since it would only be 2.5 months since I joined the new company? So would there be a high possibility of rejection? or will I be ok?
Note: The company that I am working for is a product company and not a consulting firm.

Can you tell me if its safe to travel or should I postpone the trip?

    Thanks

Its safe as long as you have a genuine employer, paying you on time as per LCA.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
