urgent - regarding h1b transfer

I am currently working for Company A and recently I got and offer from Company B and they already did my h1b transfer and it got approved. But in between I came to know that Company B is already firing many of thier employees and I made a decision not to join that company and I want to continue in my current company.

Can I reject company B's offer and continue in my current company A?

Will company B sue me for not joining their company after h1b transfer?

I had signed thier offer letter. but offer letter says, " I can quit company at any time with or without any reason."

Any advise will be a great help since I dont want to join the new company which is already firing its employees. I am very concerned whether Cmpany B will take any legal action on me.
